Records Request Form

St. Paul Fire District maintains several different types of public records, to include: fire investigation reports, incident reports, medical records, and occupancy inspections. The District does not maintain records for building permits, or underground/aboveground storage tanks.

  • Processing fee for reports is $20.
  • You may pay with credit/debit card or with a PayPal account.
  • Requests are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving them.
  • You will be contacted if there is a delay in processing your request.
